Any estimate provided before service is based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if the piano requires additional work, has not been serviced in a long time, needs pitch correction, repairs, parts, or extra time.
If additional work is recommended, Peerbolt Piano Service will explain the issue and pricing before proceeding whenever possible.
Peerbolt Piano Service will make reasonable efforts to improve the sound, tuning stability, and playability of your piano. However, results can depend on the piano’s condition, age, prior maintenance, humidity exposure, structural issues, and other factors outside our control.
Some pianos may require multiple appointments, repairs, or additional maintenance to achieve the desired result.
If repairs or replacement parts are needed, availability and pricing may vary. Some repairs may require additional appointments or special ordering of parts.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible. Peerbolt Piano Service reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to weather, illness, travel delays, emergencies, or other circumstances outside our control.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods may vary and will be communicated at or before the appointment.
